A fax lands, a chart gets created, and someone types the same name and date of birth into a third system. Rhexis captures it once and builds the case file from it.

Biometry, worksheets, device output. Rhexis reads the page, pulls the values that matter, and writes them to the chart with a link back to the source image.

The things IT and administration ask.

Is this a product or a service?

A service that leaves a system behind. There is no Rhexis platform to license and no seats to buy today. We build the workflows in your environment; they keep running whether or not we are engaged.

Where does patient data live?

In your tenant, where it already lives. The automation runs on your SharePoint, your Power Platform and your Azure subscription, under your admin control and your identity provider. No patient information is copied to a system Rhexis owns as part of normal operation.

What does IT have to do?

Provision the accounts and permissions the workflows need, and review what we build the way they would review anything internal. There is nothing to install on workstations and no new network path to open.

How do you handle AI reading clinical documents?

Every extracted value is traceable to the page it came from, and nothing reaches a chart without a verification path. New extractions route to a human review queue until accuracy is proven on your own data — not on a vendor's benchmark.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep everything. The workflows are built on platforms you license, in an environment you own, documented so another developer can pick them up. There is no proprietary runtime to lose access to.

What does it cost?

The workflow review is scoped and quoted on its own, so you can see the map before committing to a build. Build pricing depends on the workflow — ask and we will give you a number, not a range.

We are not an eye practice. Does this apply?

Yes. The first systems were built in a cataract program because the volume and documentation load are punishing there, but nothing in the architecture is ophthalmology-specific. If your specialty runs on documents, dates and handoffs, it applies.
